The owner and operator of this website is Sanatan Sindhu Satsang Trust (“SSST”). The words “we”, “our” or “us” refer to SSST.

1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1. By accessing and using gitavision.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
1.2. SSST reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
1.3. Users must be 18 years or older to make purchases on this website, though donations can be made at any age.

2. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

2.1. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). We also accept USDC for payments.
2.2. Accepted payment methods include:
- Cash
- Cheque
- Net Banking
- UPI
- Other online payment methods
2.3. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. DONATIONS

3.1. Minimum donation amount is Rs. 10/-.
3.2. Donations are exempt from Income Tax under Section 80G of the Indian Income Tax Act.
3.3. Tax exemption certificates will be provided upon request for eligible donations.

4. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

4.1. Physical Products:
- Books
- Religious items
- Merchandise
4.2. Digital Products:
- Digital content is restricted to single device usage
- No refunds are available for digital products
- Access may be terminated if terms are violated

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

5.1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during periods of high order volume or due to postal service issues, there may be potential delays that are outside of our control.
5.2. Domestic Shipping
5.2.1. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
5.2.2. We offer free shipping for orders over ₹1000 within India.
5.2.3. The following shipping options are available for domestic orders:

5.3. Local Delivery and In-Store Pickup
5.3.1. Free local delivery is available for orders over ₹1000. For orders under ₹1000, we charge ₹50 for local delivery. Deliveries are made from 10 AM to 6 PM on weekdays. We will contact you via text message to notify you on the day of our arrival.
5.3.2. You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store located at Apurupa Ananda Kuteer, Saleem Nagar Colony, Malakpet, Hyderabad, India – 500036. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
5.4. International Shipping
5.4.1. We provide International shipping only on Customer request and Customer is solely responsible for any shipping charges and taxes.
5.4.2. The following international shipping options are available:

5.4.4. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gita Vision is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

5.5. Delivery Timeframes and Delays
5.5.1. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary by location.
5.5.2. Gita Vision is not responsible for any delays caused by postal services, customs, or other factors outside of our control.
5.6. Delivery Address Accuracy
5.6.1. Customers must ensure the accuracy of the delivery address provided at checkout. Gita Vision is not responsible for deliveries to incorrectly provided addresses.

6. CANCELLATION, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENT POLICY

6.1. Products are eligible for replacement within 14 days of delivery.
6.2. Replacement conditions:
- Product must be unused and undamaged
- Original packaging must be intact
- No visible signs of wear and tear
- Valid reason for replacement must be provided
6.3. Digital products are not eligible for replacement or refund.
6.4. Shipping costs for replacement items may be charged to the customer.

7. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

7.1. Users must create an account to access products and services.
7.2. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account confidentiality
- All activities under your account
- Updating your account information
7.3. SSST reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. FORUM AND COMMENTS

8.1. Users may post comments on blog posts and forum discussions.
8.2. Comment Guidelines:
- Must be relevant to the topic
- No spam or promotional content
- No hate speech or offensive content
- No defamatory or illegal content
8.3. SSST reserves the right to:
- Remove any comments without notice
- Ban users who violate these guidelines
- Edit or moderate any content

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1. All content on gitavision.com is owned by SSST.
9.2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.
9.3. User-posted comments remain the property of the user, but SSST has the right to use, display, and moderate such content.

12. JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12.1. These terms are governed by the laws of Hyderabad, India.
12.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, India.
12.3. Users agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
